1) Reset (gość miał problem z parowaniem, konsultant odpowiedział mu jak zrestartować urządzenie)
Please try resetting the unit by doing the following. This will reset it to the way it was when it came out of the box, and will hopefully fix the problem you are having.
1. Switch the SB 350 ON.
2. Press and hold the Surround and Volume (–) buttons simultaneously for about 3-4 seconds, then let go. The Source selection Button flashes amber, followed by the power button and source buttons flashing several times.
3. The soundbar is now reset.
2) Pykanie w subwooferze (gość opisuje, że miał ten problem i pomogło przeniesienie routera/modemu w inne miejsce, z daleka od suba).
In the right environment, this does pretty well.
We have been using the SB350 for a few months now. Our home has a Cable Modem and router setup that used to reside next to the living room TV. With the soundbar/subwoofer used with the living room tv we were having terrible Interference that would make the subwoofer disconnected every 5-10 minutes or so as well as cause some annoying digital sounds coming through the system. We moved the soundbar/subwoofer to a different room and actually still had the same problems. We ended up moving our router/modem pieces to a more central location in our home and so far all the negative side effects have cleared up. A word of caution to those who wish to use " any " wireless soundbar/subwoofer as a solution to audio, there is a good chance you will be plagued by digital interference and end up blaming the newly added audio equipment. We are all internet connected these days and just make sure your environment is okay for for this type of use. As for the audio performance of this set, It does not match a full surround setup, It's not meant to. It does however fill a decently sized room with good sound. Stereo separation is pretty good considering the bars size. The subwoofer, at 6.5" is not too shabby, don't expect to rattle walls. As a straightforward audio piece to improve overall sound, It's great. I've become a JBL Fan over the past few years, owned a few different products. Will be upgrading to JBL Home theater speakers soon.
