Tą już są kpiny. Jak można nie naprawić sprzętu na gwarancji i wpierać użytkownikowi że wszystko jest OK. W instrukcji obsługi nie ma informacji że pykanie jest normalną sprawą. Mój H/K też został do mnie wysłany z informacją że pykanie to nie wada tylko cecha tego sprzętu. Jak nic trzeba sprawę chyba do sądu oddać.

I to dokładnie potwierdza moje podobno nieodpowiedzialne (wg. moderatora) słowo "dziadostwo". Tak kolego HK schodzi na psy ..........a szkoda!
Normalna reakcja firmy to przeprosiny plus zwrot pieniędzy,a renomowana firma taka jaką była do niedawna HK, chcąc uratować swój honor powinna Wam wręczyć (w ramach przeprosin) uroczyście najnowszy model 655 (zakładając, że tam nie występuje pykanie i takie tam....), i jeszcze wmawianie, że to jest "normalna" cecha sprzętu (a może to nowy standard HK? ) i to właśnie jest DZIADOSTWO!

Good morning and thank you for your inquiry. I can understand your
concern. We are aware of this problem and are working on an updated
software release that will solve the issue. We expect that update to be available by December.
In the interim, may I suggest that you use a
component video connection between the source and your AVR. This will
provide full HD output until the software fix is completed.

Jeżeli to byłaby sprawa softu to Harman już dawno wydałby poprawkę i nie zrażał do siebie klientów. To jest raczej ewidentnie błąd konstrukcyjny. Sprzęt wariuje dopiero jak się nagrzeje i wystarczy go schłodzić żeby przestał pykać. Tylko kto bedzie trzymal amplituner w lodówce bo w nowym sofcie raczej klimatyzacji chyba nie dołączą.

Raczej tak. Ja mam dostep do czterech sztuk AVR355. Wszystkie pykaja przy podlaczeniu po optyku lub HDMI jak sie rozgrzeja. Glosność pykania zależna jest tez od typu tunera satelitarnego i glosnikow. Ja mam tuner polszmaty Echostar + glosniki Paradigm Monitor 11 i u mnie to pyka bardzo głośno. Na słabszych glosnikach JBL u mojego kumpla pyka duzo ciszej tak ze sie da z tym żyć.
U mnie jak jest zimny to jest cisza. Pykanie zaczyna sie po około 30 minutach. Zrobilem eksperyment i wystawiłem go na balkon i przestał pykać. Dwie godziny pracowal w temperaturze otoczenia na poziomie 5 stopni i zero pykania.horos napisał:

Odnośnie pykania to problem tak jak pisałem poprzednio dotyczy poprzedniej (147...347) jak i aktualnej serii (255/355).
Znalazłem na jednym forum odpowiedź serwisu Harmana odnośnie pykania by sobie wymienić ferelny egzemplarz na nowy.
"Seems like a problem with the HK AVR147 receiver. When activating the switching relay(s) there are circuits that to smooth of closing a circuit path, capacitors and other components are also suppose to ensure no DC is getting in the audio path, you should return it and try a new one. I do not see any other plausible reason for new gear to pop in the speakers when doing the switching."
Może wszyscy mający problem z pykaniem powinni domagać się wymiany sprzętu na wolny od wady jak ma to miejsce w innych krajach?
Faktem jest, że problem istnieje i wymówki dytstrybutorów lub co gorsza producenta w stylu ''ten typ tak ma'' są co najmniej nie ma miejscu.
